Shipping
We ship from Portugal with CTT. Because each piece is made by hand, orders ship within a few business days. Shipping is a flat rate based on your destination — pick your country in the cart to see the exact cost before you pay. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your Patchie Club piece. If something isn't right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll help with an exchange or return. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
